Success achieved due to efforts of group and village Development Committee ( VDC )

Introduction - The road going from village Kaichu to Madhopur was in very bad condition for years. Clothes of pedestrians and school children were getting dirty and vehicles were slipping and falling in the potholes and many people were getting injured.

Action on the problem - In the meeting of Ram Self Help group and Jai Hind Self Help group and Village Development Committee, everyone was made aware about the problems of the village and everyone discussed verbally with the village head to repair the road going from Kaichu to Madhopur.

First step - Date 21.10. On 2023, a request letter was written to Shri Varun Gandhi , with the consent of 32 people under the chairmanship of Gram Pradhan j, to get the above mentioned thing corrected. Out of those 32, 07 people went to Nagariya Colony and gave a written request letter to the MP. And discussed about getting the road repaired. The MP assured everyone that he will try to get this road repaired soon. But no work was done for a year.

Second attempt: VDC members went to Pilibhit MP's office and met him again and talked to him about repairing the road. Everyone was again assured by the MP that the tender for building this road has been passed and the work will start soon.

Success - From 02 July 2024, work has started on the road going from Kenchu to Madhpur, on which stones have been laid, this road will become a CC road, the women of the group and the people of the Village Development Committee are very happy.
