The road in village Kanakpur in Rudrapur centre was muddy, dirty and children were not able to go to the school specially in the rainy season. In the month of November 2023, at Kanakpur village, an open meeting was held in the presence of Pradhan Mr. Jaswant Singh, ward member Mr. Gopal Haldar and Pooja Mandal, Aganwadi Teacher Mrs. Basanti Midha and Secretary of Panchayat Mr. Sumit and in the presence of all village people. The request was made by the SHG women to prepare a proper Road and garbage bins and a proposal was written and submitted to them in order to make bright future of the children and the people of Kanakpur village. And in the month of January 2024, the road was repaired and dust bins were placed in front of the Anganwadi centre. Now the people need not have to walk through slush and garbage is thrown in proper place. The road is done well and people are happy. The village people are grateful to the Support, help and their thoughtfulness of the Pradhan and village leaders and the work done by them and the women are very happy of their achievement.
